With a background in trauma-informed care and years of experience supporting first responders and their families, Sarah is uniquely equipped to understand and guide you through the challenges you face. As the wife of a firefighter, she combines professional expertise with personal insight, offering a compassionate, safe space where you and your partner can openly explore your relationship needs.

A: Our Couples Intensive Therapy is for any close relationship—not just romantic partners. Whether you’re married, close friends, coworkers, or family members, this program offers the time and space needed to strengthen your connection, resolve misunderstandings, and work through shared experiences or trauma.
A: The intensive spans two full days, with two three-hour sessions each day (morning and afternoon) and a break for lunch. Before the intensive, we conduct a 90-minute interview to understand your goals, and 30 days after, we’ll schedule a follow-up session to ensure lasting progress.
A: Not at all. Any relationship can benefit from focused time together. Our program is for couples and close connections who may feel distant, want to enhance communication, or simply need to reconnect in a meaningful way.
A: We offer Maintenance Sessions for those who need flexibility. These sessions range from 2 to 6 hours and allow you to work through specific needs without committing to a full two-day program.
