Are you tired of trainings where you just listen to a speaker, get some handouts, and never use the information again?
Our Experiential Learning Workshops are driven by audience participation through open, respectful dialog, clinical psychoeducation, and skill building.
Everyone will walk away from these workshops with a tangible skill they can use right now.
Our workshops are designed for small, informal settings that encourage participation and group learning. So everyone can actively engage and gain insights, tools, and skills they can use in their work and daily life.
Workshops can be tailored to meet your department’s specific needs and areas of interest. Our behavioral health experts will work with you to identify the training that best fits your department, including addressing specific questions your team may have within the workshop’s themes.
We coordinate with you so your department’s participants get the critical information they need instead of just checking off the mental health awareness box on the list of training topics.
We understand the unique demands your emergency response workers face due to their job.
Our therapists have years of professional experience and specialized training to work with frontline workers and first responders. We also have personal experiences, such as working in a high-stress field or being married to a first responder, that provide us with additional insights into your mental health needs.
We use open, respectful communication about sometimes sensitive topics. We actively listen, engage, and normalize the experiences of first responders and frontline workers.
We incorporate journal questions and writing prompts to challenge participants to discover new or known information about themselves.
We present clinical information that is tailored to the needs and questions of the target audience.
Participants will learn and practice real strategies to increase their own strategic brain health. This approach ensures participants can actively engage with the information and learn.
Our workshops are designed to engage participants so they can learn useful information that they can use to enhance their lives now and in the future.
